Zahir Accounting Program Usage License Agreement

This Program Use License Agreement (PLPP) is a legally valid agreement between you (as an individual or a legal entity) and PT Zahir Internasional as the copyright holder of Zahir Accounting, which includes software (programs) and supporting media such as boxes, manuals both print and online, hereinafter abbreviated as “SOFTWARE”. By installing (installing on a computer), duplicating, or anything intended to use the SOFTWARE, you agree to agree and be bound by the clauses contained in this PLPP. If you do not agree or agree to the clauses contained in this PLPP, please cancel the SOFTWARE order before your payment is made.

The SOFTWARE is protected by law. Ownership of the SOFTWARE remains with its creator and you only have the right to use it.

This PLPP entitles you to:

• Software

You are allowed to install the SOFTWARE (install software into a computer) on only one computer, so if you want to use this SOFTWARE on multiple computers, then you will have to purchase a number of computers that will use it.

• Storage Media

You may save the original copy (copies) of the SOFTWARE compact disc into other storage media only to the extent of making a backup in anticipation of possible damage to the original compact disc or CD.

• Prohibition to Disassemble, Modify and Engineer

You may not disassemble, modify or otherwise engineer this SOFTWARE with any intent or purpose. If there is an error in the SOFTWARE, please contact us for a fix build (if available) and never make changes or repairs yourself.

• Program Technical Limitations

PT Zahir Internasional as the SOFTWARE developer does not act exclusively against SOFTWARE users so that if there are some things that are lacking about the SOFTWARE concerned, the user has no right to sue or force PT Zahir Internasional to develop and/or correct the desired features, but the user has the right to submit suggestions and ideas for PT Zahir Internasional as the maker and developer of the SOFTWARE unless there is an agreement.

• Component Separation

Use rights of the SOFTWARE in one unified whole. You are not allowed to use some of the components provided for your computer or for other purposes.

• Rental / Rent.

You may not rent/rent and commercialize this SOFTWARE.

• Return

Under no circumstances have you the right to return (return/refund) the SOFTWARE that you have purchased and paid for.

• Unilateral Termination

The developer of Zahir Accounting in this case PT Zahir Internasional has the right to cancel this PLPP unilaterally and legally if you are proven to have violated the clauses contained in this PLPP.

All equipment contained in this SOFTWARE, both texts, images, and others are copyrights of PT Zahir Internasional which is an integral part of this SOFTWARE.

You are guaranteed to get a good product. In the event of an error or damage caused by a manufacturing error, you will obtain a repair build of this SOFTWARE free of charge if available.

PT Zahir Internasional has the right to change this PLPP without any prior notification. Other clauses which are included separately in the SOFTWARE can complement this PLPP
