In the technology era, customers are no longer only relate to the company but also with other customers. A disappointed customer can easily express his disappointment through \u00a0blog or social media which of course will quickly spread and known by \u00a0other customers or even prospective customers. This is certainly give negative remark to the Company. A good image that has been known for years may suddenly lost due to something that looks simple. Therefore, some big companies make this as their top priority.<\/p>\n

Establishing relationships with customers is not only about selling. Limit the conversation about offering your product \/ service. Talk about things that brings benefits and solutions for them. Useful conversation and provide solutions to customers, make customers trust and attract their interest to buy your product \/ service.<\/p>\n

Remember! Customers are not just your sales targets. Building a good relationship with customers is more important than making them your sales target. If you can build an excellent relationship, then they will say \u201cyes\u201d to anything you offer. This is generally called Relationship Marketing. Relationship Marketing is a practice of building a satisfying long-term relationship with parties such as customers, suppliers and dealers to keep your preferences and business in the long term.<\/p>\n

Indeed, it is not easy to build a close customer relationship that allow the company to know a lot about its customers. Moreover, the big number of customers will require more hard work to identify, understand, and meet the customers.<\/p>\n

Therefore, a proper way to know the customers\u2019 interest is needed that leads the company to serve them better too. One of the ways to establish relationships is through Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM stores customer information and records all contacts between customer and company, and creates a customer profile for company staff who needs any customer\u2019s.
