Being an employee, especially in an established company, can not be denied, \u00a0is certainly what most people dream of. Working in a big company means you will earn salary, have other benefits, and your live is in comfort zone. Nothing wrong with this dream, even most parents expect their kids will have a settled job to have secure life. \u00a0The case of business collapse and the high risk of it, makes some people prefer being an employee rather than an entrepreneur.<\/p>\n

As mentioned above, being an employee means you will have monthly income, find fun workmates, convenience workplace that make you feel in the comfort zone. Even, when someone is not in the productive age anymore, he still working in a company. Most people only see the \u2018dark side\u2019 of an entrepreneurs, such as uncertain income and high risk are the most factors they fear. Though many successful entrepreneurs around us, but somehow people only focus on the failures. Moving from comfort into freedom zone takes a hard work, uneasy, and even more stressful.<\/p>\n

There are steps taken to survive when we fall down. Here are some steps for you who want to move from employee to entrepreneur<\/p>\n

    This is the most crucial requirement for you to switch from employee to entrepreneur. It takes strong self motivation to leave the employee position. Leaving your employee status means you have to leave your comfort zone, negative response from family since your income will be unstable. Every entrepreneur will experience the “up and down” phase during their way to set their business. For those who are not tough enough to face this phase may cause their business bankruptcy. \u00a0.<\/p>\n

    1. Capital<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Preparing capital to start your business is one of the crucial points to consider. Make sure you have enough capital to run the business and savings for family expenses before giving your resign letter to your boss. It is not about you are single or married, capital determines your business success. Capital can be earned in some ways, such as find investors and set profit share scheme, soft loans, or borrow from family or friends. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You can also sell your assets, like land, house, or other personal property.<\/p>\n

      3.Ready to work in longer time<\/p>\n

      Transforming from employee to entrepreneur certainly makes you start everything from zero. You will spend more times on preparing the business and must be able to manage the time well. Working in longer time does not mean ignoring family or relatives. You should also spend time for them.<\/p>\n

      1. Focus on goals and never give up<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Setting a new business can not be separated from obstacle or problems.It could be from family who does not support it. This will be the business barrier to grow. Try to discuss with the family prior running the business. Ask their support.
