Entrepreneurs is a person with the ability and courage in building a business with his independence. An entrepreneur must be able to capture and develop the opportunities to create a business that has a great opportunity. Being an entrepreneur should become to be an innovator, because innovations are needed for business improvement.The entrepreneurs existence is needed by the community since they will open job opportunity for its surrounding and will reduce the unemployment rate. However, to be an entrepreneur is not easy. There are some points must be considered to be an entrepreneur.<\/p>\n

What are the challenges of being an entrepreneur?<\/h3>\n

  1. Discipline<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Basically, discipline is one of the strongest factors to build and make someone succeed. It also applies to be an entrepreneur since self-discipline should be maintained and will affect the business progress. The business will run as planned to achieve the established goal. In addition, discipline will support the business to gain trust from both consumers and investors .<\/p>\n

    1. Creative and innovative<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      He\/She is required to be able creating fresh ideas and innovation for his business continuity. Creativity is one of the key success in setting the business. Innovation in business will make the business one step forward and compete with other businesses.<\/p>\n

      1. Leadership and self- motivated<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        An entrepreneur is also a leader. A good leader will take thorough consideration to make a wise decision. In addition, leaders must be able motivate himself and others. Self motivation is needed to encourage himself and employees in order to expand the business.<\/p>\n

        1. Managing time efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Time management is very crucial for business owner. Managing the times properly enables the business owner to create new opportunities and new strategies. The business will run smoothly when the owner has self discipline in time management to lead his business into the next level.<\/p>\n

          1. Courageous and independent<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Being an entrepreneur is a job that has many risks. It takes courageous in taking decisions and risks in order to gain profits in the business. It will indirectly encourage to have an independent character, because an entrepreneur has full responsibility for the business undertaken.<\/p>\n

              Learning is necessary. Learning is not only in formal education, but also learning life experiences. Moreover, an entrepreneur should not easily give in facing failure.
