Work ethic is one of the keys success of your business. It makes the people involved to have purpose and meaning in the team. From the top management to the entry-level staff must have a good work ethic to reach the company’s objectives. A strong work ethic will encourage owner and employee to face the challenges and do their best job performance.<\/p>\n

The work ethics will bring significant benefits for the business:<\/p>\n

  1. Attracts more customers. Employees with the positive work ethic will perform his best job. 2. Reduce turnover and increase productivity.<\/li>\n
  2. Attract investors to develop the business and prevent the business from taking over.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Work ethic is built through the following factors:<\/p>\n

    1. Professionalism. Being professional means the employee is able to present the company properly, from the way he gets dressed and treats work mates.<\/li>\n
    2. Responsibility. The way the employees work and the amount of his job is influenced by his strong sense of responsibility. When the employee feels that he is responsible for the job, he will do his job with the best.<\/li>\n
    3. Cooperation. Cooperation brings more benefit to business. Employees understand the importance of being cooperative, like teamwork and try their best to work with others. These employees usually respect not only the boss but also with others.<\/li>\n
    4. Trust. Trust is very crucial in the organization. Moreover, it is not easy to earn it. Employees must have trust to the organization and meet the business ethics<\/li>\n
    5. \u00a0Quality. An employee with strong work ethic focuses on quality during performing his job. They try to do the best for his job. This strong commitment will encourage the company’s quality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Implementing work ethics in a company will encourage the employee to recognize that they are not allowed to take their own action, moreover conducting unethical practices. Company with strong ethics practice will deliver the best service\/product to the customer.
